- 400g Cottage Cheese
- 6 – 8 Dates (Pited)
- 1 – 2 Tablespoons Honey (adjust to taste)
- 2 tablepoons Vanille Essence
- A generous Pinch of Salt (For that salted caramel magic)

Add cottage cheese, dates, honey, vanille essence, and salt to a blender or food processor.

Blend until completely smooth and creamy. Pause to scrape down the sides with a silicone spatula if needed;.

Pour the mixture into a glass container with a lid.

Cover and freeze overnight (or at least 6 – 8 hours) Until firm.

Before serving. Let it sit at room temeperature for 5 to 10 minutes to get a more creamy consistency and for easier scooping.
